Expanding a volume

You can expand an existing volume to increase the storage capacity that can be assigned to a host.

1. Browse to the storage system where you want to expand a volume.
2. Select Volumes.
3. Click the Actions menu for the volume in the inventory that you want to expand, and then click Expand Volume.
4. Enter the following:

   Name

   Name of the volume that you want to expand (this is auto-populated).

   Volume ID

   ID of the volume that you want to expand (this is auto-populated).

   Additional Capacity (GB)

   The additional capacity that you want to add to the volume.

5. Click Submit.
6. Click the Refresh icon to update the list information.
