You can enable accelerated compression only if all the following are true:
- The drive type is FMC.
- The emulation type is OPEN-V.
- The RAID level supports POOL-VOL.
- Browse to the storage system where you want to set accelerated compression on an existing parity group.
- Select Parity Groups.
- Click the Action menu for the existing parity group in the inventory and then click Enable or Disable Accelerated Compression.
Note: This must be an internal parity group with an FMC drive type.

Toggle slider to the right to enable Accelerated Compression Mode and to the left to disable.
- Click Submit.
- Click the Refresh icon to update the list information.
