You can edit the BMC password on servers that are managed by UCP Advisor.
If you want to change the admin password for a server, you must use the admin account that you used when the server was onboarded to UCP Advisor.

- It is recommended to update the password only for the user with which the server is onboarded in UCP Advisor.
- Verify that the server is managed by UCP Advisor.
- Do not use any of the previous five passwords for the new password.
- Verify that the new password meets the password requirements for the server model.
