Creating a zip file for the firmware bundle

If you update the firmware bundle after downloading it from the Hitachi Support Connect Portal, you must zip up the contents before you upload it to UCP Advisor.

1. Download the firmware bundle from the Hitachi Support Connect Portal.
2. Use an unzip utility, such as 7-Zip to unzip the firmware bundle.
3. Modify the firmware bundle in the respective folders as necessary.
4. Navigate to the folder where you unzipped the firmware bundle.
5. Select all the folders and create a zip file using a zip utility, such as 7-Zip.
   Use this zipped file to upload to UCP Advisor to perform the Upgrade Firmware operation.
