Workaround if SMF records are not output

If SMF records are not output, the possible causes are as follows:

1. The SMF record type is not correctly set for the SMFPRMxx parmlib member.

2. The SMF is in a status that cannot output information. (The RSY062I message is output.)

3. The I/O destination device is not found. (The RSY064I message is output.)

4. The storage system is in a status that cannot collect information. (The RSY064I message is output.)

If none of the records are output, check cause 1 and cause 2 first.

If a specific subtype of records is not output, check cause 1 first.

If records of a specific storage system are not output, check cause 3 and cause 4.
