An overview on the record format for each section shown in the table below is as follows:

• In the Offsets column, the values are notated first as decimal numbers and next as hexadecimal numbers. The values in the Offsets columns of the standard header and of the self-defining section are the offsets from the record descriptor word (RDW). The values in the Offsets column of other sections are offsets of the start of the sections.
• The values in the Length column are decimal numbers.
• The binary values in the Format column are unsigned integer values.
• The time recorded in the records is the local time.
