You must configure security settings before using the metric collection program in a cataloged procedure.
In the RACF STARTED class in the cataloged procedure for starting the metric collection program, specify the user ID of a user who has permission to read the profiles defined in the FACILITY class, and specify the group ID of the group to which the user belongs.
