If the System Authorization Facility (SAF) can be used, grant access privileges to users who execute MAR commands because the system performs SAF checks for each request.
The following access privileges must be granted.

RESOURCE: MVSADMIN.LOGR
Permission: ALTER permission or READ permission

RESOURCE: Log stream name
