CLPR0 is the default CLPR in the storage
system. If no other cache logical partitions have been created, all cache resources
belong to CLPR0. When changing a CLPR name, you cannot specify a name that is already in
use or reserved by the storage system. By default, each CLPR name is permanently
associated with its CLPR ID. Because of this fixed relationship, the CLPR ID cannot be
changed. For example, if a CLPR has an ID of 1, its name cannot be changed to CLPR2.
CLPR0 cannot be deleted.
