You can change the P-VOL fence level, which specifies when to reject write operations to the P-VOL under certain failure circumstances. You can also change the copy pace, which specifies the maximum number of tracks to be copied per remote I/O, and whether to transfer host I/O timestamps to the S-VOL.

  • Both volumes must be in the Pending or Duplex status.
  1. Change the P-VOL fence level, copy pace, and/or timestamp options by using the raidcom modify remote_copy_pair CCI command with the -operation resync, -fence_level, -remote_copy_pace, and -transfer_ts options.
For details about the CCI command options, see the Command Control Interface Command Reference.
  2. Confirm the options of the modified TCz pair by using the raidcom get remote_copy_pair CCI command or the YKQUERY BCM command.
