With Perform Subsystem Function (PSF) commands, you can run PPRC commands and user requests in the storage system.

The following table describes how PSF commands interact with ShadowImage for Mainframe pairs.

Rate of synchronization

The differential bitmap format is different than that of TCz.

This PSF command is not available with SIz pairs.

Primary volume with 2 or more S-VOLs

Shows information for the pair with an S-VOL that has the lowest LDEV ID.

Active

Path number

If the volume is not part of a TCz pair, 1 is displayed with TCz information.
