To display ShadowImage for Mainframe pair status and volume information, issue the PPRC CQUERY TSO command or the QUERY ICKDSF command to the P-VOL or S-VOL of the pair.

If the P-VOL is paired with more than one S-VOL and you issue the CQUERY TSO or QUERY ICKDSF command to the P-VOL, the status of the pair with the S-VOL with the lowest LDEV ID is displayed. To display the status of the other pairs assigned to the same P-VOL, issue the command to the desired S-VOL.

If the storage system contains both SIz and TCz pairs, the TCz pair status is displayed. To display the SIz status, issue the command to the S-VOL of the SIz pair.

If the pair volumes are shared by SIz and TCz, the path status for the TCz pair is displayed. If the volumes are not shared, the path status for the SIz pair is displayed as FFFF FFFF.

For details about the CQUERY TSO command, see CQUERY TSO parameters.

For details about the QUERY ICKDSF command, see QUERY ICKDSF parameters.
