  2. If you need to verify the Soft Fence or SPID Fence status, or forcibly release the Soft Fence or SPID Fence status, contact customer support.
  3. Enabling or disabling PPRCSUM of a mainframe system function requires operations on both the storage system and the host. For more information, see Enabling and disabling PPRCSUM.
  4. When the DKCMAIN microcode version is A0-05-41-x0 or later, you can change the settings using VSP One Block Administrator.
