Verifying whether to exclude a Universal Replicator volume

This workflow shows the details of step 3a in Workflow for applying the copy threshold option.

1. Determine if a Universal Replicator volume contained in a CLPR for the V-VOL with write performance is degraded.
   • If yes, excluding the Universal Replicator volume is not required.
   • If no, go to step 2.
2. Determine if the write response performance or the Universal Replicator volume is degraded.
   • If yes, you must exclude the Universal Replicator volume.
   • If no, the Universal Replicator cannot be excluded.
