Workflow for setting up an NVM subsystem port

1. Create the NVM subsystem, and verify the subsystem ID.
2. Verify that the specified channel port is a channel adapter port that supports NVMe/TCP, and verify the port name.
3. Define one channel port for each command.
4. Specify multiple channel ports as the NVM subsystem ports to configure a redundant path.
