Using z/VM CP to establish FlashCopy SE relationships

Use the FLASHCOPY ESTABLISH command of z/VM CP to establish a FlashCopy^® SE relationship.

The S-VOL and T-VOL must be a whole volume or a full pack mini disk for use with FlashCopy^® SE.
