The DFSMSdss copy command is used to process FlashCopy® SE volume copy operations. When executing these operations, the FCSETGTOK and FCNOCOPY parameters must be specified.
DFSMSdss processes the COPY FULL command in a few seconds and establishes the FlashCopy® SE relationship simultaneously as it completes the processing. The job completion is not reported.
In the following example, a full volume relationship is created between S-VOL FCPY05 and T-VOL FCPY06.
