TSO command restrictions

Compatible FlashCopy^® V2 does not support the following TSO command parameters:

FC Establish command:

• OPENDVCS
• MODE (ASYNC)

FC Query command:

• OPENDVCS
• UNFORMAT

FC Withdraw command:

• OPENDVCS
• ACTION (COMMIT/REVERT)
