JavaScript security measures

After the maintenance utility screen opens, the screen remains blank even after more than 1 minute.

Add the maintenance utility (IP address of AMC-0 and IP address of AMC-1) to the list of trusted sites for the browser, and then open the maintenance utility again.

To display the IP addresses of AMC-0 and AMC-1, click Network Settings in the Administration menu.

If Security Warning - HTTP Location appears when adding, click Continue.

Web browser cache

After the maintenance utility screen opens, the screen remains blank even after more than 1 minute.

Clear the cache of the browser, and then open the maintenance utility screen again.

Force reload

The image on the maintenance utility screen is not displayed correctly.

Perform a forced reload of the web browser:

  1. Log out of the maintenance utility.
  2. Reload the browser page (for example, Ctrl-F5).
  3. Log back in to the maintenance utility.

Network

System locked

The maintenance utility screen is stuck.

Log out of the maintenance utility, check the network, and then log back in.

If "System locked" is displayed, click [System locked] to unlock it.

Smart Screen Filter function

The same screen is displayed multiple times after clicking the button.

In Microsoft Edge, disable the Microsoft Defender SmartScreen: Settings > Privacy, Search, Services > Security > Disable Microsoft Defender SmartScreen.

In Google Chrome, set the privacy: Settings > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Protect users and devices from dangerous sites.

Network failure When you connect to the maintenance utility, the message "Your connection is not private" appears.

Perform the following:

  • Confirm that the IP address you are using is correct.
  • Access the maintenance utility by using an IP address or domain name that is not contained in the HSTS preload list among the IP addresses of the specified service and AMCs. Then, update the web server certificate.

To check the HSTS preload list, in the address bar of Google Chrome, enter "chrome://net-internals/#hsts". The page regarding HSTS appears, so you can check the list. For example, IP address 1,0,0,1 is displayed as "static_sts_domain: 1.0.0.1", so you can determine that this IP address is registered in the HSTS preload list.
