Use the following procedure to forcibly release the system lock on the VSP One Block storage system.
  • You must have the Storage Administrator (View & Modify) role to perform this task.
  1. Log in to VSP One Block Administrator, and in the navigation tree click Settings > System > Force Release System Lock.
    If you are already logged in to the maintenance utility, in the status bar (top right) click System Locked.
  2. In the Force Release System Lock window, read the important caution.


  3. If you are sure that you want to forcibly release the system lock, click OK.
