When connecting the management PC and the ESM by using SSH, you can use the embedded CCI to initialize the SSL/TLS communication security settings. Perform this procedure when you cannot connect to the maintenance utility as the result of the setting change made in Change the TLS security settings.

  • You must have the Security Administrator (View & Modify) role or the Support Personnel (Vendor Only) role to perform this task.
  1. Connect the management PC and the ESM by using SSH.
  2. Run mgmtcom tlssettingreset.

    The completion message appears.

  3. Log in to the maintenance utility.
  4. Under Menu in the navigation tree (bottom left), click System Management > Select TLS Security to open the Select TLS Security window.
  5. Confirm that each item of the TLS security settings has been initialized to the default value.
