You can view the existing base and alias volumes. A base volume is the source volume, and an alias volume is a secondary address for a base volume. Aliases enable parallel access to the source volume.
You must have the Storage Administrator (Provisioning) role.
- From the navigation tree, select .
- On the Base Volume IDs - Select Control Unit Number page, click a control unit (CU) number.
- On the Base Volumes - (Control Unit Number: CU#) page, view the base volumes.
