Overview

The Customer Visit Concierge (CVC) use case demonstrates the use of multiple specialized worker agents being controlled by a supervisor agent. In this example, you will use iQ Studio to prepare executive visit briefings quickly and accurately. This workflow automates research and synthesis tasks that typically require hours of manual effort. By combining multiple AI agents, the solution delivers actionable insights for customer meetings in minutes.

This use case focuses on:

  • Strategy insights from internal knowledge bases.
  • Sales intelligence from organizational repositories.
  • Market and stakeholder research from web sources.

These agents work together to produce a consolidated briefing that includes priorities, stakeholder profiles, and product positioning insights. This approach helps executives engage confidently and make informed decisions during high-value visits. This example use case shows one way to combine worker agents with a supervisor to achieve a goal.

Creating and orchestrating AI agents

This task explains how to build and coordinate AI agents in iQ Studio to support executive visit planning. You will create specialized worker agents for strategy research, sales intelligence, and web-based insights, and then configure a supervisor agent to orchestrate them. Together, these agents deliver accurate, actionable briefings by combining internal knowledge bases and external data sources.

The procedures include:

  • Creating worker agents with defined roles and tools.
  • Attaching workers to a supervisor agent.
  • Validating orchestration and running planning scenarios.
  • Reviewing outputs for accuracy and compliance.

Complete the tasks in the following table to build and coordinate AI agents for executive visit planning. You need the Agent Builder or Administrator role to perform these tasks.
