- Make sure that you have administrator or agent builder permission.
- Make sure that you have access to object storage containing the required files (strategy documents and sales collateral).
- Select the Knowledge Base tab in the top navigation bar, and then click Create.
- In the Create a new Collection window, complete the required information, and then click Create.

Click More options, and then select View Details.
- Click Add From Storage to add files to the collection.
- In the Selected Files panel, locate the S3 data source named Sovereign AI. From the List of Files and Folders, select all the required files in the list, and then click Add items.
A green checkmark appears when each file is uploaded and indexed.
