Create a knowledge base collection that contains product research for Hitachi iQ info.
- Select the Knowledge Base tab in the top navigation bar, and then click Create.
- In the Create a new Collection window, complete the required information, and then click Create.
Use the information in this table to enter the exact details for your CVC knowledge base collection.

Only PDF files are supported, with a maximum limit of 200 pages and a file size of less than 50 MB. - Select the tile for the newly created knowledge base collection. Click More options, and then select View Details.
- Click Add from Storage to add files to the collection.
- In the Selected Files panel, locate the S3 data source named Hitachi iQ Info. From the List of Files and Folders, select all the required files in the list, and then click Add items.
A green checkmark appears when each file is uploaded and indexed.A green checkmark appears next to each file when the system completes upload and indexing.
