Creating a StrategySeeker worker agent

Create a StrategySeeker worker agent that retrieves strategy documents from your internal knowledge base.

  • Make sure you have Administrator or Agent Builder permission.
  • Confirm that the Knowledge Base collections (Sovereign AI and Hitachi iQ Info) created earlier are indexed and available.
  • Necessary MCP servers (RAG, Web, or custom) are registered.
  • You have prepared your system prompt (role definition) and know which model to use.
  1. Select the AI Agents tab in the top navigation bar, and then click Create.


  2. Click to select Worker from the available agent types.


    The following table lists the details you need to create the StrategySeeker agent.

    Name StrategySeeker
    Description Retrieves strategy documents and insights from internal knowledge bases.
    Avatar Select a representative image or icon for the agent that reflects its role, tone, and brand from the available options.

    Instructions Primary Role: You are a strategic advisory agent with MCP tool access to organizational strategy documents in the knowledge collection. Core Role: Retrieve relevant strategy documents and synthesize actionable business insights. Process: Identify strategic themes from user queries. Search the knowledge collection using MCP tools. Extract key information from retrieved documents. Provide clear, actionable recommendations.

    Note: Leave Advanced Options at default unless you want to enforce custom control policies.
  3. Click Next to continue.
  4. In the Equip page of the Build a new AI agent wizard, add the RAG MCP Server, and then click Next.
  5. In the Configure page, select tools from the list of available tools.
  6. Set permissions for the tool that you selected. Always Allow is recommended for this agent.
    • Always Allow: Grants permission to run without asking for confirmation each time.
    • Ask Before Running: Requires user confirmation before the tool runs.
  7. Select Sovereign AI from the Knowledge base Collections list, and then click Apply.
  8. Click Apply to confirm your selections and save the changes.
  9. Click Next and then click Done.
  10. Confirm that the StrategySeeker agent is listed in the AI Agents panel.
