Download job log files to investigate and resolve errors or failures.

  1. Go to Job Manager.
  2. On the Jobs tab, click Download Logs.
  3. Click Download Logs to confirm.
Disaster Recovery Solution generates and downloads the job log file with the filename HDRS_Job_Logs<date>_<time>.zip, where the date and time are the date and time that the download occurred.
