Generate diagnostic log files to provide to technical support for troubleshooting issues related to Disaster Recovery Solution, VSP One File Administrator, and the VSP One File managed file server.

  1. Go to Support > Diagnostics.
  2. On the Support panel, click Generate Diagnostic Logs.
  3. In the Generate Diagnostic Logs dialog box, choose one of the following options:
    • Select HDRS to include diagnostics for Disaster Recovery Solution.
    • Select System Administrator to include diagnostics for File Administrator.
    • Select File Server to include diagnostics for the VSP One File managed file server.
  4. Click Generate.
Disaster Recovery Solution creates the diagnostic log file with the filename HDRS_Diagonostics_<date>_<time>.zip, where the date and time are the date and time that the log was generated.
