Create an ILM policy

1. Navigate to Stack Management > Index Lifecycle Policies.
2. Click Create policy and enter a name for the policy.
3. Configure the hot phase:
   1. Enable Hot phase.
   2. (Optional) Enable Rollover if you want indices to rotate automatically.
   
   
   
4. Configure the frozen phase:
   1. Navigate to Frozen phase and enable Frozen phase.
   2. Set Move data into this phase after: Example: 1 day
   3. Select the VSP One Object Repository. Example: vsp-frozen-tier
   
   
   
5. (Optional) Enable Delete phase only if your retention policy requires it.
6. Click Save Policy.
