Configure Veeam Backup and Replication Scale-Out Backup Repositories with VSP One Object

Initiate a backup by creating a new backup job in Veeam Backup & Replication.

  1. In the Veeam Backup & Replication, create a new backup job and select the source data, such as a virtual machine. Navigate to Home > Jobs , right-click Backup Job, and then select Virtual machine.
  2. Assign a name to the backup job, then click Next.
  3. Click Add, and then select the source data or virtual machine to be included in the backup.
  4. Select the scale-out backup repository (the S3-compatible repository configured with the VSP One Object bucket), then click Next.
  5. Complete the remaining wizard steps, and then click Finish.
