Adding users

A standard VSP One Object user is a non-administrative account created in Keycloak using the security (admin) user. These users are typically assigned limited roles or group memberships, granting them access only to specific features or functionality within the system.

To add a user:

Open the Keycloak app.
Select Users from the side panel.
Click Add user.
Fill out the required fields.
Click Create.
The new user is created and appears under the Username column on the Users page.
Select the new user.
Under the Credentials tab, click Set Password and create a password.
You can also use the Temporary password toggle to create a provisional password that the user will be prompted to change on their initial login.
When finished, click Save.
