Log in to the BMC web interface window on any storage node, and then connect to the BMC remote console. Log in using the user created in the Creating an initial user procedure as a member of the "SecurityAdministrators" group. The Storage node console top menu window appears. Select Show storage cluster information and record the following displayed information: Storage cluster Id: ID of the storage cluster System random Id: Device-specific random ID The recorded information may be used when contacting customer support.
