For each menu on the Top menu screen of the console interface, the display and execution of the menu changes depending on the value of Storage node status on the Top menu screen.
The following table shows each menu item and the conditions under which it can or cannot be executed.

If a menu item on the Top menu screen is selected without satisfying the "Execution conditions", the menu execution is unsuccessful, and an error message is displayed in the message area of the Top menu screen.
