See the VSP One SDS Block and SDS Cloud Troubleshooting Reference and check for network failure or performance degradation (including network cable, network switch, or link failure, increased delay, increased packet loss, or connection at unexpected link speed or duplex), storage node or storage node communication destination failure (including physical servers, hypervisor, or NIC), or target resource failure in a cloud infrastructure. If there is any problem, troubleshoot it. If the same event log is not output 30 minutes after troubleshooting, the problem has been resolved. If the same event log is repeatedly output after the troubleshooting, collect dump files for each storage node, and then contact customer support.
