You have to add an iSCSI domain to an EVS before creating an iSCSI target. Navigate to Configuration > iSCSI > iSCSI Target Domain. In the iSCSI Targets pane, select the EVS where you want to add an iSCSI domain from the list of EVS instances, and then click the edit icon. Enter the EVS iSCSI domain name, and then click Save. The domain name is in example.domain.com format.
