Expanding the file system using a tiered storage pool

1. Navigate to Provisioning > Capacity > File Systems.
2. Locate the file system that you want to expand the size, and then click View.
3. From the Expand list, select Tier 0 for metadata or Tier 1 for user data.
4. On the Expand File System page, expand the file system using one of the following options:
   • On Demand: Creates a small file system, allowing it to expand to the size limit automatically.
   • Now: Creates the file system to the full size specified by the size limit.
5. In the Size Limit box, enter a size and select unit of measurement: GiB, TiB, or PiB.
6. Click Expand.
