The File Storage Pools panel displays capacity usage metrics for the file storage pools that are associated with a managed server. The pools are displayed in descending order by the percentage of capacity used.
The panel includes the following information:
- Status
- The status of the capacity usage for the storage pool (OK or warning).
- Name
- The name of the storage pool.
- Allocated
- The capacity that is allocated to the storage pool.
- Used
- The capacity that is used by the storage pool.
- Used (%)
- The percentage of capacity that is used by the storage pool. The following colors indicate the status of the capacity usage:
- Green: The percentage of capacity used is normal.
- Yellow: The percentage of capacity used meets or exceeds the threshold set for the storage pool.
- Available
- The capacity that is available for the storage pool.
- Available (%)
- The percentage of capacity that is available for the storage pool.
- View
- Click to view and manage the storage pool configuration information. You can expand the storage pool, modify the pool configuration, or allow or deny access to the pool. For information about storage pool configuration options and tasks, see Storage Pools.
- In the Capacity Utilization (%) graph, you can view usage and warning data for the selected time period, or enable the Show Forecast toggle to forecast usage for a six month period. The forecast is based on the current usage data for a selected time period. For example, if you select Last Month, the usage data for the last month is used to forecast usage for a six month period.
By default, this graph shows usage and when usage nears or meets the warning threshold. Click the Usage and Warning labels to add or remove these metrics from the graph.
You can also view usage for each of the file systems that are associated with the storage pool in a graph by clicking the File Systems tab. By default, the graph shows usage for all file systems. Click a file system label to add or remove the system from the graph.
