Generate a performance information report to troubleshoot issues related to file systems or nodes.

  1. Navigate to Support > Troubleshooting > Performance Information Report (PIR), and then click Generate Report.
  2. In the Generate Report dialog box, choose one of the following options:
    • Select File System to generate a report for a specific file system, and then select the target EVS and file system in the EVS / File System list.
    • Select Node to generate a report for a specific node, and then select the target node in the Node list.
  3. In the Duration box, select the time period for which the report should be generated. The default value is 10 minutes.
  4. (Optional) In the Comment box, enter additional information about the report.
  5. In the Add Recipients box, enter one or more email addresses to receive report notifications.
  6. Under Run Report, choose one of the options:
    • Select Immediately to run the report immediately.
    • Select Scheduled to run the report on a schedule.
  7. If you select Scheduled, complete the following information:
    • In the Repeat box, select how often you want the report to run.
    • One Time
      • In the Date box, select the date to generate the report.
      • In the Time box, specify the report generation time using the 24-hour clock. For example, enter 11:59 PM as 23:59:00.
    • Daily
      • In the Start Date box, select the start date for the report.
      • In the End Date box, select the end date for the report.
      • In the Time box, specify the start time for the report using the 24-hour clock. For example, enter 11:59 PM as 23:59:00.
    • Weekly
      • In the Every box, select a frequency for generating a report. For example, if you select Weekly and choose every two weeks, the report run every two weeks.
      • In the Start Date box, select the start date for the report.
      • In the End Date box, select the end date for the report.
      • In the Time box, specify the start time for the report using the 24-hour clock. For example, enter 11:59 PM as 23:59:00.
      • Under On, select the day of the week that the report should generate. For example, choose Wednesday to run the report every Wednesday .
  8. Click Generate.
