You can disable a virus scan engine that you do not want to use. Disabling a virus scan engine results in faster file access but no virus detection.

- In the Virus Scanning pane, select the EVS associated with the virus scan engine from the list of EVS instances.
- In the Registered Virus Scan Engines pane, select one or more virus scan engines, and then click Disable.
