PPRC multi-target function is a compatible function with Multiple Target PPRC function that is supported by IBM® DS series storage. By using the function, a 3DC configuration with three TCz sites can be created. In the 3DC multi-target configuration, P-VOL data is copied to two S-VOLs.
The differential data copy function in a PPRC multi-target configuration is available. This function enables the management of the differential data in an MTIR pair and the copy of only the differential data during an incremental resync operation.
