The pair status of ShadowImage volumes determines which pair operations can be performed. You should monitor ShadowImage pair status regularly to keep track of pairs and volumes and their current conditions. You can view the number of pairs and the list of pairs, and you can monitor pair status as well as pair synchronization rates.
You can view pair status using VSP One Block Administrator and CCI (pairdisplay).
