You can use Volume Migration to migrate volumes on a drive under high load to a drive under low load online.
Volume Migration
enables the online migration of the P-VOL and the S-VOL of a GAD pair on a drive under
high load to a different drive under low load by specifying the P-VOL and the S-VOL of
the GAD pair as the
migration source volumes.
