The following procedure is for recovering from a system down failure of the storage system at the target UR secondary site.

If a temporary failure occurs at the target UR secondary site,
turn on the power of the storage systems at the target UR sites and then
remove the cause of the failure.
The pair status of the target UR pair becomes PSUE for both P-VOL and S-VOL.

Resynchronize the target UR pair.
Command example:
pairresync -g UR10 -IH11
In this configuration, the pair status of the target UR pair does not change to PAIR and remains COPY.
