The procedure for recovering from a failure in which the journal volume for the source UR pair becomes full, and then the pair status of the source UR pair becomes PSUE for both P-VOL and S-VOL changes the pair status back to the status during migration to the target GAD+UR environment.

full and then the UR pair is suspended by the failure, remove the cause of failure.
