Recovering from a failure that occurred during phase 3 on the primary storage system of the target GAD pair

Perform the same procedure as described in Recovering from a failure that occurred during phase 2 on the primary storage system of the target GAD pair. Note that, in step 9, the pair status of the temporary GAD pair becomes PAIR after the copy operation is complete, however this does not cause any problems.
