After creating host groups, you must create a pool volume, format the volume, and create a Dynamic Provisioning pool.

  1. Specify the parity group (13-4) for which no volume has been created to create a pool for Dynamic Provisioning whose pool ID is 0 and whose pool name is HA_POOL.
    raidcom add dp_pool -pool_id 0 -pool_name HA_POOL -parity_grp_id 13-4 -IH1
  2. Confirm that asynchronous command processing has completed.
    raidcom get command_status -IH1
    HANDLE   SSB1    SSB2    ERR_CNT        Serial#     Description
    00c3        -       -          0         822222     -

Check command and output examples

  1. Check the pool capacity.
    raidcom get dp_pool -IH1

  2. Check the pool name.
