Use the following procedure to install and configure the Remote Ops Agent on Windows.

Download the agent from Remote Ops Downloads on the support
site.
- From the version list, select Remote Ops Agent.
- Next to the version you want, click Download.
- Copy RemoteOpsAgent_version.zip to the target machine.
- Unzip the file to extract RemoteOpsAgentSetup.exe.

Run RemoteOpsAgentSetup.exe.
If running as an unelevated user, enter credentials for an administrative account when prompted.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- After installing the application, allow five minutes before opening the agent web interface in a browser at https://localhost:6695.

Follow the instructions to accept the EULA, provide the Site ID, and create the
initial admin account.
A shortcut for Remote Ops Agent is added to the Windows start menu under Hitachi Vantara. The log files are generated in the following locations:
Installer logs: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp.
Agent logs: C:\ProgramData\RemoteOps\Logs.
