You can edit QoS settings for a volume.

  • Check the following information:
    • Server name
    • Volume name
    • QoS setting items
  • You must have the Storage Administrator (System Resource Management) role.
  1. From the navigation tree, select Storage > Servers.
  2. Click the server name to open the server details page.
  3. From the inventory of volumes at the bottom of the details page, select the checkbox for the target volume, and then in the action bar, click Configure QoS Setting to edit the settings.

You can also perform this task by displaying the VOLUMES list page from the navigation tree.

For the amount of allowable time before the system issues an alert, specify the amount of time to wait for the following:

    • Exceeding the upper limit for IOPS or transfer rate
    • Falling below the lower limit for IOPS or transfer rate
    • Failing to meet the target average response time
  4. Click the volume name to display the details window, and verify that the settings are correct.
