Use this method to start an embedded CCI user session when you are not able to log in to VSP One Block Administrator or when you are directed to use this method by customer support.

  1. On the management PC, open a command prompt and connect to the embedded SSH server on the ESM by using the following command: 
    ssh <username>@<ssh server>
    <username>
    Enter your user name for logging in to VSP One Block Administrator.
    <ssh server>
    Enter the maintenance port IP address of the AMC you are using and SSH port number 20522.
  2. When prompted, enter your password for logging in to VSP One Block Administrator.
