You can change the settings of a key management server used for data encryption.
Important:
When specifying the timeout period, the retry interval, and the number of retries, specify the values so that the value calculated by the following formula is 9120 seconds (152 minutes) or less.
Timeout-period (seconds) + (retry-interval (seconds) + timeout-period (seconds)) * number-of-retries
- Obtain the following:
- The host name
- The port number
- The timeout period (in seconds)
- The retry interval (in seconds)
- The number of retries
- The client certificate ID
- The root certificate ID
- Whether to migrate the key management server
- You must have the Security Administrator (View & Modify) role.
- From the navigation tree, select .
- From the inventory of key management servers, select the checkbox for the target key management server, and then click Edit Key Management Server Settings in the action bar.
- Modify the settings.
- Display the key management server settings page, and make sure that the settings are correct.
